Minority Retail is a curated marketplace featuring independent brands. While we strive to ensure a high-quality buying experience, policies may vary slightly by seller. The guidelines below outline our general platform standards.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the product type and the individual seller’s terms, which are listed on each product page.
General Guidelines
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on the seller.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Beauty and cosmetic items once opened
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
- We will coordinate with the seller to issue a replacement or refund, where applicable
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Processing times may vary by seller and payment provider.
Shipping Policy
Shipping times and costs are set by individual sellers and displayed at checkout.
General Shipping Standards
- Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days
- Tracking information is provided once the order ships
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different sellers
Minority Retail is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
For shipping issues, our support team will assist in coordinating communication between the buyer and seller.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the seller has not begun processing or shipping the order.
- Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy instead.
